The iam Reading Room is a library of articles and papers published and re-printed by the iam. The articles and papers will include classics from past issues of Manager - The British Journal of Administrative Management. They will also include previously unpublished papers when a current public interest is detected. Information published on the site may be useful for students studying for iam qualifications. Case Studies and examples of best practice, ideas from the world of academia and also practical examples from the world of industry, commerce and the public sector are available here.
The Reading Room is divided into five sections which represent the Pest analysis, each page has an array of articles relating to that particular topic.
