This part of the site is designed as a valuable aid for those who are studying for an iam qualification and for the Institute's practising administrative managers and senior administrators, who want to keep ahead of the field.
The iam recognises that considerable time and effort is required in the pursuit of an iam qualification. iam Chief Examiners strongly advocate the reading of quality journals and daily newspapers, including the iam's Manager publication in addition to the study texts recommended for the programme.
From time to time we will also publicise other useful web-sites that the iam feels will be of benefit to today's Administrative Manager.
Reading Room
The iam Reading Room contains articles written for and by Administrative Managers and aims to be an Information Centre for our members. Members are actively encouraged to submit articles to the Reading Room as an innovative way to share best practice within our profession.
