Modification of pass-mark
From January 2010 the pass –mark for each unit will be 40%. This will apply to the results of the December 2009 examinations but will not apply to already published results. The IAM is not able to review already finalised and published marks. The thresholds for Credit and Distinction will remain 64% and 75% respectively.

Deferral of Examinations
Examinations may only be deferred for medical reasons. If you wish to defer an examination/ s for which you have registered, please download (pdf 22kb) the form below and return it to the iam with your original medical certificate within two weeks of the examination date/s.
