Formal certificates of an Award and 12 months free professional membership of the Institute can be granted based on courses undertaken and previous experience at the following levels:
Team Leader Award in Management Practice (Student Membership)
Certificate in Management Practice (Student Membership)
Diploma in Management Practice (Associate Membership, AInstAM)
Advanced Diploma in Management Practice (Full Membership, MInstAM)

If your qualification or course is not listed, please contact customer services and we will try to obtain a detailed course syllabus.
To gain retrospective academic recognition for your course, please:
1 Download and complete the application form below
2 Attach documentary evidence of your course/qualification
3 Attach your current CV
4 Return the completed form, documentary evidence and your payment to the iam.
Your application will then be assessed and the relevant Management Practice Award will be sent directly to you. Please note that if your application does not result in us being able to make an Award to you, an administration fee of £25 will be charged.
