About the iam International Diploma in Financial Administration
Entry Criteria
This is an open access programme with no formal entry requirements although knowledge of the financial services industry would be an advantage.
Programme Aim
An Introduction to the Regulatory Environment allows students to develop a basic working knowledge of the regulatory environment governing organisations operating in the financial services sector. The syllabus content reflects regulation in the United Kingdom and in international finance centres.

Unit 1: Introduction to Trust and Company Accounts
Unit 2: Introduction to Trust and Company Administration
Unit 3: Introduction to Investments
Unit 4: Introduction to Regulatory Environment
Unit 5: Local Regulatory Environment
Assessment
Assessment is by way of two two-and-a-half hour written examinations (three hour examination for the Introduction to Trust and Company Accounts module), with a mix of multiple choice, short answer and longer questions within each module.
