Qualification aim
The aim of the Level 3 Certificate in Administrative Management is to provide an in depth introduction to the field of administrative management and serve as a precursor to moving on the IAM Diploma and beyond.

Qualification structure
Candidate must complete all three units:
- Unit 1 Inside organisations
- Unit 2 Working with people
- Unit 3 Administrative practice
Assessment
There are two parts to the assessment for this qualification:
- Creation of a reflective learning diary related to the learning outcomes of each unit that records evidence of skills for employment as well as academic achievements
- Project Report of between 2000 and 2500 words which must evidence application of learning from the programme syllabus and achievement of the overall award learning outcomes.
