Qualifications
QCF Certificates
The IAM Level 2 and Level 3 Certificates in Principles of Business and Administration support those already working in, or aspiring to work in, business positions. Holders of the qualifications will develop essential knowledge and understanding across a range of practices and learn how to work collaboratively.
The IAM Level 4 and Level 5 Certificates in Business and Administrative Management are ideal for managers who wish to gain skills in specific business and administrative management techniques but are unable to commit to full time education.
QCF Diplomas
The IAM Level 4 Diploma in Business and Administration supports those already working in, or aspiring to work in, business management positions. The qualification can be studied individually, or as part of the IAM Level 4 Higher Level Apprenticeship (Package B).
The IAM Level 4 and Level 5 Diplomas in Business and Administrative Management support those already working in, or aspiring to work in, business management positions. Holders of the qualifications will also be eligible for progression to various UK university degree programmes.
The IAM Level 6 Diploma in Business and Administrative Management, Level 6 Diploma in Business Management and Level 6 Extended Diploma in Business and Administrative Management are inspired by the MBA (Master’s in Business Administration) model and approach learning in a practical, applied way. The qualifications are designed for those who aspire to, or already fulfil, high level managerial roles in organisations.
NQF Administrative Management
Please note that the IAM no longer accepts new qualification registrations for the NQF Level 4 and 5 qualifications. All IAM NQF qualifications have been superseded by our new suite of QCF qualifications.
The final exams for the NQF Level 4 and 5 qualifications will be held in March 2012.

As well as the IAM core programmes, there are a number of specially targeted, tailor-made qualifications available from the Institute.
Degrees
Holders of the Diploma in Administrative Management and the Advanced Diploma in Administrative Management are eligible for credit towards or direct entry onto several degree programmes at other universities.
