In some circumstances members and students will require replacement copies of documents previously issued.
Membership cards
Replacement membership cards are provided free for subscription paying members. Student members are required to pay a £30 administration fee. (32kb)
Notifications of results slips
Notifications of results slips (in electronic format only) are issued after an examination session. After 3 months of their original issue a replacement must be ordered using the form below. (38kb)
Transcripts
Transcripts are issued only upon completion of the full qualification. After 3 months of their original issue a replacement transcript must be ordered using the form below. (38kb)
Certificates
Certificates are issued only upon completion of the full qualification. After 3 months of their original issue a replacement certificate must be ordered using the form below. (32kb)
