Join the IAM today

Simply fill in your details below to apply for your 12 month membership of the IAM. Once you have filled in your details you will be transferred to PayPal to enter your credit card details.

Please note that if you are studying for an IAM qualification, student membership is included in the registration fee. When you register with your centre or college they will send your membership details to the IAM, we will then send out your membership card via your centre or college. You will then start to receive information directly from the IAM Membership Body.

Membership selection Please indicate which membership level you are applying for, and via which route (where applicable). Fellow (FInstAM) Level 7+ qualification (£120); or Individual assessment based on IAM Professional Standards. (£120) Member (MInstAM) Level 6 qualification (£85); or Five years work experience (£85); or 30 days CPD completed in the past three years (+ £40 assessment fee). (£125) Associate (AInstAM) Level 4 or 5 qualification (£70); or Four years work experience (£70); or 20 days CPD completed in the past three years (+ £40 assessment fee). (£110) Technician (TInstAM) Level 2 or 3 qualification (£30); or Two years work experience (£30); or 10 days CPD completed in the past two years (+ £40 assessment fee). (£70) Non-IAM Student Any university student studying for a British qualification, between Levels 4 and 7 or equivalent in business, management or administration, is eligible to join the IAM. (£25) Tutor (AInstAM) Any tutor teaching an IAM qualification. (£50) Graduate (GradInstAM) Any graduate who has achieved a Level 6+ qualification within the last academic year. This is non-renewable after two years. (£40 - per year) If you are applying via the qualification route please upload a copy of your qualification certificate or transcript; or If you are applying via the work experience route you must instead upload a copy of your Curriculum Vitae (CV). * If you are applying to be a non-IAM student member please supply us with evidence of your university enrolment.
