All IAM students registered on an IAM qualification (Levels 2 – 7) are eligible for free student membership of the institute for the duration of their study. |

Non-IAM Student |
Any university student studying for a British qualification between Levels 4 and 7 or equivalent, in business, management or administration is eligible to join the IAM. |

Tutor |
Tutor membership is open to any tutor who is teaching an IAM qualification at Levels 2-7. One free tutor membership place is also available per IAM accredited centre. |

Graduate |
Graduate membership is open to any recent graduate who has just achieved a Level 6+ qualification. Graduate membership is limited to two years maximum, is non-renewable, and applications must be made within one year of the date of graduation. |

When submitting your membership application form to the IAM, please ensure that you include supporting evidence from one of the three routes below:
- Qualification route Proof of your qualification, such as an authenticated copy or transcript
- Experience route A CV that provides full details of your work experience
- CPD route A portfolio of evidence supporting relevant activities you have undertaken towards professional development
