On the screen it will ask for user name and password.
The first time you use this as a member, go to the line underneath where it says

You will be transferred to a registration page, where the first question asked will be 'card number' this is your 7 digit membership number (as printed on your new membership card)
Enter this and then proceed to fill in your own personal details with a username and password. Once you log off and go back into the site you will use your own username and password.
Legal and Tax advice
The iam Legal & Tax helpline provides extensive advice across a broad range of issues. The helpline is provided by a team of experienced solicitors, barristers and legal executives. Tax advice is available between from 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with the exception of Bank Holidays, while legal advice is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
